Free Delivery within Melbourne Metro Area

Puzzle Furniture now offers free delivery to Melbourne Metro area in January/February 2021 as a promotion to try our full delivery experience for free! Simply enter the following code in coupon area during checkout:

We will endeavour to deliver the products within 5 business days after order! Simple!

Other terms for the free delivery promotion:

• Free Melbourne Metro delivery only includes shipping area covered by Puzzle Furniture (link here). For outside the area please message us on Facebook or email to get a quotation.
• The 5 business days exclude the day of the order, so lets say you order on Monday, we will offer a time slot before end of day Tuesday the week after. If order is on Friday 1st (for example) we will offer a time slot before end of day Monday (10th).
• Delivery time slot can be between Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm.
• If timeslot cannot be offered, you can request to cancel order, and we will refund into bank account instructed by customer will be processed within 3 working days of request. Or else we can arrange delivery to our next available slot agreed to by buyer.
• The last order for 2 business day delivery will be 28th February 2021
